( The correct type and Grade of stone or setting you ordered)
If you have received merchandise that you feel is not as described,
please contact us for return authorization.
Once you are given this authorization and we receive your return,
your merchandise will be inspected to determine whether or not it is as described.
If we find that your item is as described .
( The correct type and Grade of stone or setting you ordered)
We will ship it back to you. We will not be responsible
if you order the wrong size , color or type of stone

Please use our size and Ct weight charts
they are on the site to help keep you from making a mistake.
And if you have any questions at all e-mail us.

and to make sure you do not make a mistake when you order.

If we find that your item is not as described .
( The wrong type or Grade of stone or setting you ordered)
We will exchange it for the right one and ship it out to you as soon as possible.
There will be no refunds or credit given .
We feel if you ordered stones or settings from us that would mean
you want them and we will do our best to get your order 100% correct.

You must e-mail us first for a return authorization number.
Once you receive the RAN#,
This number must be printed on the outside of the package
then mail back (in proper packaging w/insurance).
All returns must be in proper bubble type packages
with insurance and RAN# on outside
or they will be sent back to sender.
(all merchandise must be undamaged and returned in their original condition).

***Any problems with your order we must be notified within 7 days of the item's receipt.
  We reserve the right to
repair or exchange any damaged or defected item
in less it is found to be due to shipping
if so you must claim damage with the shipper this would be USPS.***

Back Orders
Back Orders:
Because Loose-Gems.com offers such a good selection of lab and imitation gemstone cuts for each type of stone,
we may be working as a gem broker for you
At times Loose-Gems may be out of some of the stones you have ordered
in this case we will order them direct from the vendor for you.
Under normal conditions back order time is 7-14 days,
But may take longer depending on availability.
Loose-Gems will fill your order as soon as possible.
If for some unseen reason we can not fill your order
after 30 days and you e-mail us to ask us to cancel your order
before our vendor ships it to us
we will be very happy to do so for you and
give you the option of a full refund or full credit
to apply to another item you decide what you would like.
