will be the highest bid within that 24 hour period ... If its a
Dutch Auction More than one item and there are bids in a 24 hour
period the winner will be the highest bidder in that 24 hour
period .. At this time in a Dutch Auction (more than one item)
The number of items will be edited and will go on to the next 24
hour period till all items are gone.
